Overheated once at LBL from mud in the radiator. It is a stock 09 sport. Thats really it. . I did have to replace both cylinder heads because of a bad filter oil. Took over two months to get it back but just make sure you have good filter and right oil. Kawasaki needs a new place for the filter. When I first purchased the unit from Jay Hatfield Kawasaki and brought it home, the low pressure oil light would flash only at low idle after the engine was completely wormed up.
