The tethering distance doesnt need a fix. It is what they set it to. Its like saying your tires need to be fixed cause theyre round You're a special case, aren't you. Console has a 180meter UNCHANGEABLE tether distance. You try playing with someone other than yourself and see if it "doesn't need fixed".
