Boil Over is a fairly useless perk. I think it's meant to partially counter Iron Grasp, but it doesn't do that very well. It would be a much better perk if it affected wiggle speed, but the problem is that would be very difficult to balance because you'd have to take into account how it would work both alone and in a stack with perks like Flip Flop or Breakout.Boil over is annoying but only situationally useful, most of the time it doesn't really do much of anything. C'mon, Agitation is perfectly enough in itself - hell if it isn't a coordinated team dedicated to deny hooks, you don't even need that much.Nonetheless, the build contains the perk 'boil over, which plays a role in the wiggling progression, as when the killer drops from great heights whilst you are wiggling off, "boil over" can be activated to fill up the wiggle bar by 33%, and therefore be able to wiggle off much faster, in conclusion, making it an excellent build for universality ...The only perk that 'helps' you wiggle faster is Flip-Flop, but it requires you to recover and at level 3, only half of your recover bar fits into your wiggle bar so, just flip flop. Wow, Boil Over is STRONG. Discussion. Coming out of a few games of killer and this perk was a nightmare to deal with. Several survivors figured out a few places they could hide such that I couldn't make it to a hook, and kept running there every time they wiggled out.
