The order of breaths within a tier does not matter. Breathing can be acquired in Demonfall by interacting with one of the Breathing Teacher NPCs around the world.Before learning breathing, get yourself more skills that allow for imputs (Lunge, Rush, Double Jump, Dash Mastery and Kendo Mastery), that way you can combo better and grind even without breathing.Which breathing is better? Mist is overall better with more combo extenders and higher damage output. Insect in my experience is only good with kamado now. People who say insect is better are still stuck in 1.3. If you use insect breathing right, it might be better in pvp but nothing else other than that.
