Do note that these side quests unlocked through PQ are often a chain of 2-3 scenarios, which bring your personal quest to a conclusion, so you should go to the end of that chain before retiring. Funny enough, my personal quest was to kill 15 Vermlings and the first scenario we played had a bunch of Vermlings in it and I managed to kill 16 in the scenario, so as soon as I replayed LB.
