February 8, 2024. I visited this facility. HarborChase of Dr. Phillips is beautiful. I went for assisted living, not for memory care. The place is relatively new. The person who showed me around was extremely helpful. I was very impressed with the place, but it's a little pricy compared to the rest of them. HarborChase of Coral Springs is a nice place, and we have no problems at all. Dad seems to be pretty happy there, and he has no complaints.
