Reset your HT2000W modem to factory settings by holding down the WPS button on the front of the modem while holding down the reset button on the back of the modem together for approximately 10 seconds! We called tech support, they ran a diagnostic check, and told me we were connected, but that they had experienced issues. She said that the system would be reset that night. It was still not working the next night. I called back and was told the system had been reset, and I should give it some time.Days have passed and the issue is not resolved.I can get to the router setup, but not system control center. I've tried setting the dns to Google's, and setting it to get from ISP. Nothing works. At least nothing beyond the router works. I've power cycled, and rebooted in the router setup.
