Bank of America and the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) today announced the expansion of their national affordable homeownership mortgage program, with a goal of providing $15 billion in mortgages to low-to-moderate income (LMI) homebuyers through May 2027.It doesn’t. Had I found a home under that program it would have been under 60 days. I did t require counseling but by that same thing I always had other options. I think naca is trying to push non priority members away by taking away their benefits. I started naca when everybody had the same rate and you could buydown much lower.No, NACA works with thousands of real estate agents nationwide. NACA has established an extremely effective program to return home buyers to the real estate agents who refer them to NACA.
