I feel like if the apocalypse hit IRL antibiotics would be WAY more valuable than they are in-game. They are used to cure infections (just like IRL) but infections in this game do almost nothing to you. Other than the zombie infection of course. I know that there's a mod that makes infections more dangerous but it would be so rad if they made antibiotics more useful than they currently are ...So I decided to do some testing for zombie/car damage in 41.36.
