UPDATE: I tried installing ReShade DX9 instead of DX11 and now the Sims 4 works with ReShade. This is really weird because before I upgraded windows to 1903 ReShade was working just fine with DX11.I'm searching for a way to use something similar or reshade itself on mac (im sure u cant use reshade on mac tho), if anyone knows any way pls tell me !! You can use reshade on mac by using parallels. I used to use it when I'd play sims on my macbook.
