I go into about week 7 with full pads, all starters. Then I go half-pads and change back and forth between starters, backups, or split depending on their stamina levels. It helps build up your roster depth better too and never ran into this issue that everyone keeps apparently having.Anyone having an issue in franchise mode with your #1 player not actually playing? During your weekly training, change the settings to half pads and backups getting majority of the reps. I think it's a glitch, if not then Madden just has a real shit system. But if your team is too fatigued, your star players like WRs and RB will get subbed out after like 1 play. Someone might have a better suggestion in terms of tinkering ...Guys get tired and back ups come in to spell them. Yeah, what the other guy said.
