I take cleric spells that protect me, like Shield of Faith, and small heals like Healing Word. Go 1 level of sorc for shield, absorb elements, and the subclass feature with the rest cleric, or go 2 levels Cleric for armor prof, bless, and channel divinity. I am currently running this character in my campaign. My build is somewhat unique because of the stats I rolled but here goes. Currently lvl 10 by the way.
