Hey All. So I am new here ( to Chicago ) . So shortly after 9 maybe 9:30 rcn went out. Any idea when it will be back ? Any info is greatly appreciated.Problems at RCN. Uptime in the last 90 days.If I had a choice I would go back to FIOS in my old building. 400/400 for same price as RCN 1000/30 and much more stable and low latency connection. I’ve had RCN for years and never had an outage. It seems like YMMV according to the other responses. Anyone have any experience with the new GIG Internet from Astound?
