In my understanding, you need to begin the dynasty and in the offseason menu, you go to recruiting, let it generate all of the recruits and then stop there. Save the file, run the recruiting tool on it and then load it back into the game and do your recruiting. it's totally worth it. it makes the game 100x funner. If you join the CFBrevamped discord there's a resource for FANG's Transfer overhaul. It's a new tool (separate from revamped and revamped is not needed) that tries to emulate modern transfers in college football.It came with the latest version of revamped ready to go. I literally took it out of the box, powered it on and played revamped without having to do anything extra. He basically did all the heavy lifting. He added emulators for a bunch of other games too.
