Today we are installing 4" LIFT & 37's on a 7.3L POWERSTROKE FORD F250 that my buddy owns, I hope y'all enjoy!Hey what’s up Y'all! I hope You enjoy this vide...2006 f-250 6.8 v-10 w/ 3.73's and 35's vs stock 31's felt some loss in power, but still towed and drove fine. 4.30's would have been nice but not worth the change. just put 33.5 m/t on my wife's 2017 f150, 5.0 with 3.31's. definitely feel a power loss, and would have been ideal to have found a truck with 3.73's.

I had 7.3 with basically 35s, going from 3.73 to a 4.30 gearing was fantastic, with 37s your net would be slightly lower than 4.10 gearing on a stock tire. I think 4.56 would be too tall, I’d recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. From what i have seen 33-35 with leveling kit and 35-36 with 4-4.5 inch.37s and 4.30 gears = 10-12mpg average with the camper loaded on trips in mtns and wherever. Best so far was 13.5mpg. 4WD off road exploring for days resulted in 9mpg. Rarely have driven empty but would be 14mpg or better depending. Trailer towing it is around 10mpg. Just got the PSC hydro assist ram installed.The 37s were 43 lbs heaver per tire than the factory 35s. For that reason I doubt I would go with 37 on my Tremor. I plan to go with the real 35" x 12.50 size on some custom offset wheels, the stock tires and wheels are pizza cutters. In the Jeep Wrangler world they say 37s over 35 are a deal breaker for a daily driver.

At minimum you will want to run and adjustable track bar and be prepared to do some trimming to the front bumper braces and inner fender liners.
