Long Runs are essential - Long runs as I call it are 85-150 question runs. Gradually move up from 85 questions to 150. Simulate it like the NCLEX, with breaks and with the same time frame. This can be really frustrating, having to do it repeatedly a couple times per week. This plus reviewing rationale are real time-eating tasks. Focused literally on the questions in front of me and did not deviate from my gut choices. Treated the exam as if i were just studying another set of practice questions. Ended up finishing this attempt in 85 questions, which was completely NEW to me. I did end up getting a lot of priority questions before It shut off, which I heard was a good sign.
