Thanks Harold, Today I tried to plug the pump directly to a battery: nothing I identified the pin no.2 is the red and no.1 or no.3 the ground I get 2V on the connector wire, pump does not start while by passed : seems both pump and relay/wire are the source of the problem...New member. Try disconnecting battery, remove air filter cover, Disconnect tupe from throttle body, Without actually removing starter can wiggle your hand in and make sure wires are tight on solenoid, its a tight fit, hand will get scratched and bruised.
