The pathfinder rules are based on DnD 3.5e, which are very complex for beginners. There is a glossary in the game (as there is in Kingmaker as well) that explains most of those questions you have in greater details, but there is no way to make a tutorial that will explain all those rules without it taking 10 hours.This thing is a poison that prevents your character from using magic and magic items for 20 minutes.
