This is very helpul with PETG supports in my experience. I have found PETG supports much harder to remvoe than PLA supports overall. 2. Uses less material. In my part 31 meters of the parts 61 meters of filament was for traditional grid supports.PrusaSlicer supports generally have better quality and are easier to configure and remove. The 2.6 release of PrusaSlicer also brought organic support as a competent alternative to Cura’s tree support. If you do attach a project file we could modify that as an example and you wouldn't have to change anything then to slice it for your printer. Organic is great when you have small features that need They define surfaces where support should and should not be applied. They do NOT act like keep out areas. They also do NOT apply to the print bed, only to the model. Once those surfaces are defined though the support generation algorithm takes over. At the moment (as of 2.3.x and earlier) the generation is very aggressive.Prusa's organic support are based on the new algorithm (by u/Thomas_Rahm), but they improve it a bit further by making the branches smoother and rounder for stability (which is what makes them "organic").
