Our Outdoor Camera does mainly run by battery power, which lasts about 3-6 months. It also connects to the internet only through WiFi, so ethernet is not an option.. As far as power goes however, we also have the Power Adapter - a 5v plug and a super-long and very tough USB cable that plugs into the camera for a watertight seal.There are also certain settings you can enable on your Outdoor Camera to help prolong its battery life. We list those settings out in this Help Center article.
